Heritage Design and Stone is a locally owned and operated business in Iron Mountain, MI. We can help with a lot of different projects but specialize in custom stone fabrication. Quartz countertops, Marble showers, Granite fireplaces, the possibilities are endless.
How does our process work?
We start with a phone or e-mail consultation about your project, and then set up a time for us to come into your home to see the project. There we will do a free template and bring samples with us to help choose the right project and color for you!
After our in-home consultation, we provide you with a quote and a current lead time for the project. Lead times start when a deposit is received, which means it can change daily.
We require a 50% deposit in order to schedule your project. At this time we discuss the final details and sign off on drawings. Please keep in mind drawings are a representation of your project, and while we strive to do the best we can, slight variations can happen from drawing to final product.
The remainder of the payment is due on or before the installation date, sometimes we will be required to come in multiple times to finish. This would be discussed before we move forward.
Meet Dustin, the brains behind the operation. Dustin has been in building trades for over 15 years. He graduated from NWTC in 2015 with a Mechanical Design degree, and went on to do Mechanical drawings for 4 years.
